"My son called because his dryer was broken, and he and his wife both work.  I called a parts store to ask for a referral and they gave me Shawn's business name.  He was a blessing!  He called right away, showed up promptly, diagnosed a broken belt that had also ripped out a switch when it was revolving. quickly picked up the parts, and did a difficult repair in that the switch was located in an inaccessible location.  He was cleancut, decent, well-spoken, professional, explained everything as he progressed, cleaned up the entire area, and would not charge extra even though the dryer switch location took a longer amount of time and was most difficult to reach.  He was marvelous and the kind of responsible young man you want to encourage.  I have never left a review, but he truly deserves high praise.  I would give him my highest recommendation in all regards.  Excellent !!"
