"Mongalo Designs Flooring did an amazing job restoring my 2008 DuChâteau floors. They were badly faded, uneven, and had never been maintained. I had a specific goal: a dark espresso color that still kept the natural texture of the European Ash. No premade product matched what I wanted, so they created a custom stain and oil/wax blend that brought the floors back to life while preserving the character of the wood. They lightly sanded (without removing texture), worked within my budget, and were extremely dedicated. They even came back to redo the kitchen area with another coat to perfect the color and checked in often to make sure I was happy. The floors now look rich, even, and completely transformed. "Victor Jimenez and his company Dynamic Hardwood Flooring are first-rate! I called them to install sheet linoleum in a bathroom, and he showed me that wood-patterned vinyl boards are a much better product at no extra cost. The installation was done on schedule, in 4~5 hours, and it looks beautiful! They did all the cutting outdoors to keep our house free of dust, and cleaned up everything afterward. Finally, I was very happy with their modest bid, and there were never any suggestions that it should change. Victor has the experience (20 years) and skill to get the job done both quickly and well."

"For the most part, I was happy with Mario's work. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."
