Apparently it's easier to clean w/o furniture, household items. It's hard to know with ducts whether you are getting your money's worth or not because you can't really see what they are doing. Decided to just go ahead and do it so I'd know the house was clean. They do show before/after pics. It is costly though... We paid a bit more than the estimate which annoyed me. About $850 for 2 story w/basement."
