"BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."

Gary took time to explain the pros and cons of our options, provided siding samples and was communicative and responsive. The invoicing and payment schedule was straightforward and easy to use. The work is high quality (having survived multiple rainstorm and snowstorms at this point!), and the team was able to do it in a day once all the materials were ready, making our lives much easier.
