I asked them to quote me a price for the work, and the first response was that I would save some money if I bought my own toilet. Unfortunately getting a toilet in that short amount of time would not have worked so I asked them to bring one. They estimated being able to be at my house by 1:00 but I got a call early in the day from Frank that said he'd be able to be there an hour early, and to verify the toilet I wanted. Frank showed up right on time, as promised, and looked into the work involved. It turns out that I did not need a replacement valve, it just needed to be tightened (which saved some money), and then he installed the new toilet. Throughout the entire time Frank was polite/professional and very thorough. After the job was done he also gave some free professional advice regarding some other work I would need in the near future, without requiring me to jump through any hoops. I would absolutely recommend Fabrizio's to anyone, and have already recommended them to my father for some work that was needed per my conversation with Frank."

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."
