When we first moved in he did basics for us such as GFCI install, adding new receptacles, and fixing a poorly done junction box. "I was in an emergent situation, inexplicably lost power after mysterious flickering and dimming for a day. PP&L wouldn't connect me with a real person and ultimately told me it'd be 3 days to check on the problem. It was 19 degrees, and I had no power. "We had Frank replace a chandelier in the kitchen, replace dimmer switches in our living room, install ceiling fans with lights and corresponding light switches in 4 upstairs bedrooms as well as recess lights in our master. He also installed an additional outlet for a bidet in the bathroom. He and Dave were great to work with, Dave provided quotes in advance and they were reasonably priced. "The work began with the medicine cabinet.  Ben had to disconnect all the wires before removing the cabinet from the wall.  Once the cabinet was free, he was able to replace the switch and attach the wires to the switch.  Next was attaching all the other wires to the external and internal lights.  The the cabinet was reattached to the wall.
The second item was replacing a GFC outlet; however, after close examination, Ben found that the problem with no electricity to the outlet nor the two outdoor lights was a light switch, not the outlet.  He replaced the switch and everything worked perfectly.
The entire experience far exceeded my expectations.  Ben arrived promptly, looked at the jobs, and went right to work.  After completing the jobs, he looked at 2 future projects and made recommendations.
I would hire Ben and Mr. Electric of Lancaster County again without reservation.
