"This was a kitchen faucet replacement. When the plumber opened the new faucet box he discovered that new faucet had been broken and returned to the store. He rescheduled the installation for the next day and did not charge any additional fee to return to finish the job."

"I had a reverse osmosis system that was five years old and had stopped working. They were able to come out the same day and replace the unit. The technician arrived on time and was even a little early. They replaced the filters in the soft water system as well. He had everything needed for the work on the truck. He completed the job in about three hours. Their price was very reasonable. It was a great experience!"

"Jorge is very meticulous. He is friendly and professional. During his time at my home he gave me updates and pointed out areas where he needed to add a second (and sometimes third) coat of paint. I was so happy with his work and had hoped to hire him to install some vinyl and laminate flooring before moving in to my home but he wasn't available. I would definitely hire him again!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
