"Their salesman came out in early summer. He was very professional and right up front let me know that it would be the 2nd week of October before they could do an install. He measured, discussed options, and made some recommendations. I was in no hurry and I liked his recommendation so I agreed. Sure enough, here it is the second week of October, and my new fence is in! They were great about keeping me updated with their schedule, they arrived just when they said they would, and they were wrapped up about mid-afternoon. The installers were very professional and courteous, asked me about installation options, cleaned up after themselves well, and left me with a gorgeous new fence. The price seemed reasonable for the work they did, though I have to admit I did not get competitive pricing."

"I have a bamboo fence attached to wood posts. During one of the heavy wind storms that came through NE the post cracked and pulled down several other posts with it. UFC was prompt in providing the quote but did not follow-up to let me know when the replacement posts he needed would arrive. Luckily I was able to tie the fence temporarily to my neighbors chainlink to keep it from further damage. It was over a month before somebody called to tell me they were ready to do the job. The job they did was perfect -- cleanup not so good. That is, they left the cement pieces / stones / gravel they pulled up dispersed in my tree beds. Another not so good point -- they came and left without telling me. In summary, good actual work but not very attentive to the home owner."
