Get matched with top seamless metal gutters repairers in Harmony, RI

"These guys did a quality installation. Seamless gutters and â shur-Flo â gutter protection system. Very quick neat work."

"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"Derek & Mike came to my home and made seamless gutters for my new workshop. They stayed in communication with me before they arrived updating me on arrival day and time, so I did not waste my time. The work completed was exactly what I expected if not a bit more. They are pleasant to deal with and cleaned up any mess before leaving. I recommend D and M Home Improvement to my family and friends!"

"This has to be the best contractor I have ever worked with. Professional. Thorough. Neat. Available. Impeccable results.
I contacted Lopco in mid-June and had a couple of visits with Mike (VP of Sales). Mike took lots of pictures. He followed up with an estimate a few days later, and came out for a second visit to wrap things up. One third of the total payment was taken. Mike supplied me with his cell number, and when I had questions about a starting date he immediately connected me with Tom (president and owner).
Tom was always available by cell phone. I texted him several times and he always got back to me. Tom stopped by several times and even rang the doorbell just to talk and ask me how I thought things were going. The job was done in three phases; power washing, repair and prep work, and staining. Just as I was told, workers would return every day to complete each phase before moving on to their next job.
The prep work was excellent. Workers sanded, sealed minor cracks, replaced damaged clapboard and shingles, and repaired a window with heavy water damage. They replaced a wooden panel below a deck door with a composite material to prevent further damage. They removed an ant nest and even called a pest control company on my behalf.
Second payment was done at the end of the repair work, and the last payment was taken at job completion. The workers that stained the house were particular to the end. They covered bushes, decks, and the driveway. There wasn't a drop or spill anywhere to be found. Paul (production manager) asked me to approve colors after small samples were applied. As it turned out the trim color was a bit too light, so they immediately changed it for a darker color after getting my approval.
All the workers were approachable and easy to talk to. They showed up on time every day, and completely cleaned up each evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lopco to anyone, and I would definitely use them again myself.

"I wasn't home when they did this. Gutters looked clean."

"The work was performed to our satisfaction. We encountered a minor problem. A porch gutter was  bent during the installation. When brought to Ken"s attention it was corrected immediately and a new gutter was installed. An area of concern, was that after they started  the job, we were informed that the roof deck had to be covered over with plywood. This increased the cost of the installation by $3500. The initial quote was for $11200, hence a total cost of $14700. The reason this was a concern, was due to the fact that the house next door, which is the same construction and built at the same time as ours, had been reroofed three weeks prior to ours. They did not require a plywood install. I don't know if this was needed or not and probably will never know. The reason I question the need, is due to the fact that Ken Luther had installed the prior roof thirty something years ago, without the plywood, and we never had a problem. In fact, we did not replace the shingles  because we had a problem, but due to the age of the roof, we felt replacement was the prudent thing to do. I mention this so that others will be aware of the possibility and I feel this needs to be a discussion prior to signing.
