"Total Asset Solutions agreed to do the job when no one else would, a 256 sg ft concrete patio, a new install. 1. They showed up on time to check the work site first to provide an estimate. 2. Mark their concrete man, explained the job i.e. thickness, leveling, type of concrete, length of time for job start and completion, a total of two days. 3. Got an email that evening with a much lower quote than expected vs. what other companies quoted me, if they would even bother to give a quote at all. 4. Day 1, work crew showed up at 8:30 AM...ready to work, no gossiping, no coffee breaks, no lunch, nothing but get down to it. 5. Mark explained the process as he worked leveling and attaching the forms. At the completion of the work day, the workers left a tidy worksite. 6. 8:30 AM Day 2, Mark arrives ahead of the cement delivery truck, which arrives in a timely fashing for an early morning pour. 7. Mark alone spreads, levels, then inserts control joints, pictured frames the edges and broom finishes the concrete, then tidies up the work site with TAS,LLC's owner Charles. 8. After the job was completed on day2, both men left with a handshake and a congenial goodbye. Mark finished the work quickly. His conduct along with the other men who worked with him, were at all time, extremely couteous and professional. Paying for the deposit and the completion of the work is conveniently done online through a secure pay solution, whereupon, a printable receipt is generated when the customer makes a payment. I have tried to get a total of thirteen contractors to take on this small job, Total Asset Solutions, LLC was the only company to answer the call and I'm glad they did. Looking for the right contractor can be a daunting task, why have a web site or Facebook page with a scant amount of pictures detailing projects the contractor has done? I want to see what a company is capable of because, I might use them for another job if they have the skillset. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Mr. Cardilli subcontracts his work out and oversaw the construction. He helped us figure out what to present to the insurance company so that the majority of the work done was eventually covered by our home owner's policy. He was in constant contact throughout the project. He helped us develop a plan that allowed us to remain in the house during construction except for the floor refinishing. This was an important factor for us. 
He remained in constant contact with us about the process, what we needed to do and by when. He checked in on the job daily either by phone or site.  The construction crew he hired was excellent. They were very thorough in their daily clean up of the house including little conveniences like plugging in alarm clocks and setting them to setting up our beds in other rooms during construction.  The painting crew was good, but work needed to be checked for thorough paint coverage. We found paint on bed spreads, curtains, and floor.  They did not clean up as well as the carpenters. The flooring crew completed their job within the given time frame and the work was excellent. All work was completed within the expected time line. 
This was the first time we have ever hired a contractor to do work for us. I will add a couple of things we learned in the process. If you want / need an itemized list of all work and materials used, put that expectation in the contract. Additionally request that any work beyond the agreed upon work is approved (cost) prior to starting the needed work. When the additional work is done, check the work and time required for labor to be sure it is accurate.
Overall this experience was a good one. The subcontractors were polite and pleasant to our family. Mr. Cardilli was attentive and responsive to all our emails and calls.
