"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!"

Despite my house being older, Jon successfully replaced the outside faucets with frost-free models that are up to code. He also relocated the inside shut-off valve for easier access. Additionally, he successfully rerouted a new line from my kitchen sink to install a new faucet outside, correcting a previous installation that was poorly placed with an inaccessible shut-off valve. "I had a furnace replaced and a on-demand water heating system installed. They were prompt and able to schedule the job quickly and the install took two days (one day for the furnace and a second day for the on-demand hot water system). They did a great job on the install. There was some confusion on the free installation of a thermostat and took several calls afterwards to get it put in. My one grip is they left the old units in the basement after stating they would be back to pick these up as there was no room in the service van to do so. After several calls they stated they outsource this to a third party and that this third party would contact me, but they never have. Will update the review once the old units are removed."
