"I called on Monday afternoon and he said he could be out that night. With inclement weather, I told him it really wasn't urgent and anytime that week was fine. He was out the next morning, explained what he was going to do, even showed me a little about how the equipment works, gave me advice about how I could avoid the same problem and even how I could do it myself in the future if I would rather. He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did.
