Advised if we paid $500 up front he would deal with the warranty company and get faster response. Thursday night was advised he had the parts but did not confirm what time he would come on Friday. Left the customer waiting for a response. At 3pm on Friday was told he would be there by 6pm. He arrived at 7:30, had a broken part that he could not find a replacement at Lowe's. Advised he would be back Saturday morning at 8am. We were doubtful and pushed for a realistic time. He said 8am. He arrived around 5pm. No issue with the quality of work. Serious issue with time management. We used his services before to replace our garbage disposal and that was completed without an issue."
