He gave us an expert assessment and educated us on the cause and type (non-toxic, common type caused by poor ventilation) which helped put our minds at ease. "RSM arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time. RSM explained the total process of the Lead Inspection/Risk Assessment. <br /> They walked us through the process and anwsered all our questions. They had 2 team members at our property to conduct the inspection. They used a piece of equipment called an XRF Analyzer that lets you know the lead content of every painted surface. It was a very detailed inspection. For example in each room they check every area - all walls, floors, every component of the windows and doors, in closets they checked everything even the shelfs and shelf support, baseboard , walls, ceiling and floor. They also checked every exterior area, the garage, the basement and the attic. They also did soil samples. Please call me if you need more info it was very detailed. <br />"
