"The water department knocked on my front door one morning about 10am informing me that our water was being shut off. A neighbor had reported a gushing water leak coming from near our water meter. A supervisor from Stone Creek Plumbing was here within 2 hours and a worker was digging up the mess within the next 45 minutes. I was very grateful they were quick to respond. It's no fun to be without water! The repair was made and the hole covered back in by about 3pm. The worker informed me along the way what he was doing, where the failure was and its cause, and he explained the type of replacement connection he was using. He cleaned up the area as best he could. I can't imagine this situation going any better!"

He communicated clearly and consistently. And when his subs failed to deliver a part which caused him to have to delay work, he filled that time by cleaning our area and educating us on water hear care. "I was just a small piece of a much bigger job. Bob did everything he said he would do and was always quick with a return call or most of the time just answered right away. He was constantly on my property with his sleeves rolled up and covered head to toe; from everything that I witnessed there was not one aspect of the job that he did not have complete control of. The work was incredibly hard and he worked nights and weekends to make sure we were not without water for very long. He was very pleasant even when I was not; a true gentleman. Once he started he never stopped working and if he said first thing in the morning that is when he would be in my driveway. I had a small concern and he drove out right away and said he already was aware of it and it was done right then........... on a Sunday afternoon. Bob Embrey/Metro Rooter is fantastic; very sharp, very smart, a company with integrity. He even finished the job by picking up all his trash!!!!!! There may be jobs out there more difficult than mine but I can't imagine."
