(sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

GLA Services is Knoxville's premiere handyman/home repair service who is also a licensed electrician. We will bill the job upon completion and payment is expected at that time. We currently accept cash, check and credit cards. We are working to be able to offer financing in the near future. We do offer free estimates however, if you are needing a written estimate for an insurance claim we will charge a service call fee.

"Eric Martin Remodeling, is a top notch craftsman. We live in Florida and purchased a rehab house in Tennessee as a Seasonal Home. The house needed work from top to bottom and everything in-between. It was great working with 'one' company and the owner being the 'point' person of all communications. You have to love that part.  

I had over 5 other Angie's list companies bid on the projects Eric Martin Remodeling '''beat them all'''' INCLUDING 'Time' to complete the projects. I can't say enough how happy we are working with him. 

Our remodeling project is not complete but we are 3/4 the way through. Each project completed has been outstanding. 
We will Always use this company for anything to do with our home remodeling needs.

"We own this house in Knoxville, but we live in Ohio. I called Kent, and he immediately went out to take a look.
Due to a near by pine tree, whose needles fall on roof, three truss ends and four plywood pieces had rotted, and shingles in this area needed to be replaced.. He called me the next day with details and estimate. He told me the rest of the roof was in good condition. He started the work the day following our agreement and even had his crew trim the tree back a little. It looks great, job well done and finished quickly during this wet season. His price was good and I really liked how quickly he got his crew started. I would definitely hire again!
