"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"We had an excellent experience/transaction with Tennessee Home and Appliance Repair (THAR). Punctual, professional and honest. Fairly priced. They took time to explain the repairs. We would wholeheartedly recommend their services. If we could rate them at more than 5 stars we would."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"
