"Impossible to answer questions as nothing as been done yet as waiting list is 12 to 16 weeks out. The measuring for the sunroom was on time as stated during ordering, but the person measuring for the new doors didnt show up for appointment, and after waiting three weeks, I had to call Champion to find out why. Their phone system is worthless and after waiting all day for someone to return my call, I again called. The first call sent me to a mailbox that stated mailbox full and call back. I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."

"Due to the pandemic some things were a week or two slower but once they started their projects it was well done. The windows were put in with a craftsman's quality and they improved our home. The roofer and gutter teams did an excellent job and we no longer have the leak or the rain water running down our exterior walls from the roof. There were two windows that needed to be frosted that didn't come at the installation time but later were brought by the owner of the company. All in all we are well pleased."

"I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of both the owner and the person working for him. They were very meticulous and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the final product. The product I purchased was essentially one of a kind and very few people in the state have it due to them being the only distributor in Southern California. Many Christmas seasons I was up on the roof putting up lights and having to take them down over and over again. This last Christmas I almost fell out the roof and I realized that it was no longer worth it. With the perminent lights I never have to worry about being on the roof ever again. "We got to spend about a month with these guys as they removed 2 decks and a brick walk and built us a new front walk and patio and back deck. It ended up being a longer time than anticipated as we added things for them to do when we saw the quality of the work as it was in progress. One of the perks of retirement was being able to sit and watch the whole tearing down / building up process. The attention to detail was outstanding from the job site manager to the fellows prepping the site and picking up the debris. All were courteous and always asked if there was anything else the could do for us. They went above and beyond (even over state lines) to get the materials needed to make our project ideas become real. Unforeseen changes that had to be made to accommodate our unique site were taken in stride, with a smile even. At times they provided us with unintended entertainment like watching the supervisory crew figure out how to unload the sand remaining on the trailer from the ton bag of sand - then pulling it off with sheer man-power, themselves. This was a great example of the teamwork that was apparent throughout the job. There were times when communication got a bit muddled by they always got things straightened out. "Eric and Keith were great to work with. The took our original plans and made helpful suggestions to actually improve the design. When we had changes/additions to make, they worked well with us to work the new items in. Their prices were resonable. When we have more work needed done on the house, we plan to work with them again if they are available."
