"Jim, the rep for Turner Exteriors was very thorough and explained everything that was needed on the roof, after he performed the inspection, he also repaired a part where shingles blew off from the winds, until replacement could be done. Elija Turner, the owner, came by my work, and introduced himself and answered my questions. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Warranty documents supplied, with Insurance and business license. At this point, we are pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or repairs. They were on time and worked efficiently, as my husband was home both dsys."

"Impossible to answer questions as nothing as been done yet as waiting list is 12 to 16 weeks out. The measuring for the sunroom was on time as stated during ordering, but the person measuring for the new doors didnt show up for appointment, and after waiting three weeks, I had to call Champion to find out why. Their phone system is worthless and after waiting all day for someone to return my call, I again called. The first call sent me to a mailbox that stated mailbox full and call back. I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."

With contractor, visited a completed job with similar stainless rail system and deck surface. <br /> Received quote for all work and estimated start date 6-8 weeks into future. Job started at date promised and was completed in 6 work days. Crew showed up at 8:30 everyday and worked the full day, for 6 days until job completed to our satisfaction. Weather co-operated with all sunny/dry days. Work site maintained clean and orderly during and after each day's work. Crew chief has been with contractor for many years. They have completed many decks similar in design/scope to our job. Our design has some tricky angles that required planning and real care during installation. <br /> Contractor and crew chief kept us informed of progress. The quality of final work is superb and matched our highest expectations. The new deck adds significant entertainment area and improved external appearance of our home. <br />"

"SunBelt was great about matching the brick, shingles, gutters, etc. AND, because they also operate as a general contractor, they were able to handle all the extras that I wanted that most sunroom companies couldn't handle. What I admired most about Doug and his crew was that he wasn't just a "yes-man" -- If there was something I was asking for that wasn't going to function well or stand up structurally sound, Doug would be honest with me about the request and explain the details of why it couldn't be done. Other companies just kept saying they could do anything . . . until you spoke with the people who actually had to do the work, then you'd find out how little they really could do. They operated like a canned software program -- for "X" amount, you get this, this and this. Nothing more, nothing less. The problem was, I didn't want what they were offering and instead, I wanted a lot more! SunBelt delivered it all and was fair in their pricing for it as well. <br /> It's been over 13 years since the room was built. I've never had any problems with any of the structure or workmanship. And, when I've had other needs, I've called them and they've taken care of those as well. For example, when my daughter started walking, I decided I needed gates added to my deck's staircases. Doug and I spoke over the phone, I described what I wanted, he quoted me a price, I left the check under the door mat, he had someone come out, build the gates and the job was done! Exactly what I wanted and I never even saw anyone face-to-face. <br /> When I've had a pet tear a screen on a window or door, I've taken it by the shop. In a few days, I've gone back by and picked it up. Brand new screen free of charge. You just don't find people who operate the way Doug does. Their service and their staff are exceptional!!"

"It went perfectly. Had been told by others you couldn’t hang a heavy mirror or art work on wall with pocket door behind, But Mark knew exactly how to do it. Mark and his team at Custom Renovations are skilled craftsmen and take pride in doing the job correctly the first time. Have never had an issue or problem. Scheduling is difficult as he is always busy but patience pays off big time!!!"
