"That Granite Place was hired to install Quartz countertops in a home I owned by the general contractor, Garrison Homes. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"

I am a self own contracting construction company that specialize in remodeling home such as : Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Living rooms, Fencing, Plumbing Flooring,Titles Basements, Concrete, Decks,Windows, Painting for over 25 years with experience. My jobs prove it. My contractors work are Satisfaction guarantee. My contractor been in business for 38 years and are well experience in every job they do we no complaint from my clients.

"I don’t think there are enough characters available to explain how badly they lied and misled us. I called with one specific purpose, which I was very clear about. I have stained fascia, and I wanted to know the cause and then have it repaired. The owner and another contractor explained that they would remove the fascia to identify the cause, which could be my gutters. The estimate was based on what was likely the cause, but I was assured multiple times that they would remove the fascia to confirm. so I signed the estimate. They repaired my gutters and left without removing the fascia, which was the sole reason that I contacted them. When I questioned it, they said their estimate didn’t say that, however, we had a clear verbal agreement, which they violated, and offered to do the actual work I wanted from the beginning for $500+ more after I paid $1100 for something that may not have been necessary. I’m filing multiple complaints and citing Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP)."
