Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"

When Dale finished with the basement I had him look at the bathroom reguarding some mold issues. We contacted Melissa the next day to make sure the bathroom mold issue was communicated with her and to let her know we wanted an estimate on the repairs. She told us she would contact us in a few hours. Never heard back from her. A little over two weeks later we sent another text message asking about the estimate. It's been about three days since then and still no response."
