Therefore there were delays, because they asked us to give them our choices and we did immediately. However, when it came time to install those choices, the office did not act on our choices, then it delayed. They also did not or forgot to do some of the work, which ended up not being complete., and rather than delay further we did not do that portion of the work. I guess if you ride roughshod they would be okay.."

"Our family called Camden Enterprises and spoke with the owner direct. We had him come out and did the estimate within 2 days. And he told us he does all estimates and does the work. That way things are done and measured correctly. That I found super. We explained what kind of walk-in tub we were looking for. The owner Steven came out to the home, explained all options, design, color, etc that his walk-in tubs have available. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us understand what could be done to help with our bathroom issues and how his company specializes in all types of illnesses and disabilities. As a family.. We all are extremely grateful for all his hard work, fast and clean installation, and had a super job done in just a few days. This company beat the other two estimates by a huge amount and helped us save a few thousand that our family can put towards other projects. "It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."
