"Ed retrieved the carpet from Home Depot, saving me their delivery cost. He removed the old carpet and padding, then installed new. He swept the bare floor before installing the pad, and vacuumed the carpet when the job was completed. All told, it took him about 2 hours. However, he didn't have to install tacking strips (since the room had already been carpeted), so if your job needs those, it would take longer. Friendly, courteous, prompt."

The sanding was terrible and showed lines and grooves and cuts were done poorly, boards were not checked, putty everywhere to fix cracks and missing putty in nail holes and the owner had an excuse for everything.
