"Mark Mason replaced the drain pump of my washer. Every aspect of the repair was professionally performed: - I received a prompt response upon my contacting the company. - I received a notification phone call from Mark when he departed for my home. - Mark arrived with the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part that would likely be needed. - Mark is highly experienced and methodically performed the repair. - Mark left zero mess and placed the washer back exactly as it was. - Mark provided a one-year warranty on his work. Additionally, Mark Mason maintains an excellent web site regarding the services he performs."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I had an issue with my washer where it would stop right after filling and wouldn't do anything else. Made a phone call to nice guy services and he was out the very next day to fix the issue! (He had to wait on a part to come in) During that time too, my dryer wasn't drying everything the first pass through, so I mentioned it and again nice guys came and fixed it the next day! Very efficient work and very timely!! Thank you Nice Guys Services!! My family thanks you!!"

"They did a very nice job repairing my dryer in a timely and affordable fashion."

"The overall service was very good. This is a new home (3 yrs old) they did not get as much as I thought but overall did pull a lot of dust and debris out.
I would recommend them doing this, I have cut my dust down by about 70%. Usually I would dust in the morning, within hour or 2 the dust would be back and thick. Now I dust in the morning and by the next day I barely see any dust. So I am pleased w/the service I had and would recommend them again.
