I would’ve liked to keep the old pump, but didn’t think to make that request until after the technician left. Called the office for it, but I guess it was already disposed of. Would hire this company again."

He not only installed a new sump pump but he used a piece of 2X4 to fasten it to the cinder block wall and it is so much quieter! "This was an amazing experience start to finish. Joe came out to give us a quote. He suggested that we try a couple of different things before getting the waterproofing done just to be sure we needed it before we spent the money. We did end up needing the waterproofing, and we are so glad we used Water B Gone.
