"The first guy came, but did not have the parts he needed, even though I specified in my email what types of plumbing I had.  We had to reschedule for another day.  The second guy came and was very professional and knowledgeable.  He installed the system fairly quickly and explained how to operate the system.  He also showed me where my furnace was installed incorrectly.  I had the original furnace installer come out and fix the problem, that was pointed out to me by this company.  Very good customer service.  I have not used the humidifier yet, but I am happy so far.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"It was great! Robert came out one day and gave me an estimate and a coupon to install. He told me I should purchase my own sink and faucet, which I did and liked making my own choice. He came back and installed in less than an hour. I did't even know he took the old sink out he was so quiet. He cleaned up and took the old sink away. He was very informative all throughout! They proposed options to fix, but I chose to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase a new unit which was good. I got 2 additional quotes from other vendors before choosing to go with Prudential, and I am glad with the decision. Unit installed and working great! Keith even made recommendations on window replacements that would make the overall home much cooler. Looking into that now.
