Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. "It was wonderful. When we originally signed the contract in June, we were told the windows would be installed around mid-October. They called us in August to say they were ready to be installed! We called them back on a Monday and they were installed that Thursday. We were given an arrival window of 9-11 am and they came at 9:15. They were completed by 3 pm! They did a fantastic job and the windows look wonderful. Our house was put back in order and very clean. The installers and salesman were all extremely professional and the whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them."
