"Hired them to do the demo for my remodel job. They were excellent and even finished a day early."

"Manny comes on time always, does very professional job, our back and front yard looks very clean. Very good rates too. He also sent me detail pictures of what he had done when I was not at home. I recommend Manny's landscaping to anyone who needs to take care of the lawn."

"Jason was prompt and helpful and was very flexible in changing or modifying the nature of some of the work before starting. He did virtually all the grading himself and knew exactly what to do. The work was done on time and as specified. I will surely contact him if I need drainage work for another project."

"General Masonry is the only place anyone should ever call for any kind of masonry work. Period. Andi and his workers were beyond amazing. First, Andi came out multiple times because we werenâ t really sure of what we wanted. We basically asked him what we should do with the area as we didnâ t really know what would be best. Then after we decided what we wanted it took us a while to decide to do it (we did a huge project). We got a handful of quotes for the work and he was not only one of the least expensive he also made us feel the most comfortable that is would be done right. The first time Andi came out he gave us his license number and had his insurance company email ME to prove he had insurance. No other company did any of this. He completed the project in two weeks which was incredible. Andi even came on his own on the weekend to make sure the project was finished in a timely manner. He went above and beyond by putting lights in, and when I didnâ t like something we had planned, he changed it. The work done is beautiful and they left the place immaculate. Before they were even done we decided to do other projects around the property for him to do, because he is JUST THAT GOOD. More than any of the above I would never use anyone else because of the professionalism and kindness of Andi. I donâ t consider him someone I hired to do a job, I consider him a friend. If you are looking to do your pool, walkway, stairs or anything else if you donâ t contact General Masonry you are wasting your time and money and you are just wrong. PERIOD"

"I recently had a paver walkway installed, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! From start to finish, Nathan was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to every detail. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, and it really shows in the final result. The walkway completely transformed the look of our space — clean, beautiful, and built to last. He showed up on time, kept everything neat, and was great to work with throughout the whole process. If you’re thinking about upgrading your outdoor space, I highly recommend New England Outdoor Living. Quality work like this is hard to come by!"

"Leonard expertly repaired my slate walks and patio that had lifted and settled over time. The process included power washing the stones, laying and leveling fresh stone dust, then replacing the stone -- including replacing those that had broken. The pricing was fair and the work outstanding. I will use Leonard again and recommend him to friends and neighbors."

"I talked with several contractors regarding a flooding basement problem, and received a wide range of contradicting proposals from sump pumps to new interior footer drains to various exterior solutions.  I chose M&M because their proposal was straightforward, along the lines of what made the most sense to me.  M&M's price was comparable to some other drainage and landscape companies, and significantly lower than one of the older companies.  Anthony from M&M answered my questions directly, and included additional work such as grading of the property in the quoted price as well as things I'd forgotten to mention, "sure, no problem."  He guaranteed the workmanship and offered sound advice, i.e., not to include a sump pump at this point since the outside work would likely solve the problem.
While $4000 might seem high for  2 days work, the operation was substantial and impressive, as were the skills of the crew.  They worked hard and efficiently - excellent work ethic.  They did everything as promised, plus took out an old shrub (with permission) in order to create a better drain route, and leveled an odd hump in the yard that indirectly effected drainage. Everything was cleaned up and finished with topsoil and grass seed.  They returned on a later date to address an issue with a walkway slab, no problem.  We are happy with the results.  For the first time since living here, the basement hasn't flooded during heavy rains.  Our drainage issues seem to be solved - money well spent.

"Excellent! Ken and crew came out early and on time. Their work was thorough, precise, and high-quality. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again."

"Chad was great! He came on time, worked straight through until the job was complete, and then stayed to discuss questions I had about my backyard (also needs work). The work he did was excellent and my front lawn looks wonderful. Aside from his professionalism, he's just a really nice guy and a pleasure to do business with!"
