"This crew did an excellent job. The floors look amazing. They got the job done in less time than I expected, it only took them a day and a half to do three bedrooms and a hallway and the living room. They were very friendly and trustworthy as well. They cleaned up after themselves and move my furniture back to the proper places. They even let my dog out several times throughout the day for me since I was at work. I would recommend them and will use them again for a future floor installations."

"The day we had planned on, rained so, he rescheduled for the following week. He said, he would be here at a certain time, he showed up an hour late, started the job, then left too do a quote for another job. He was gone for 2 & 1/2 hours then came back to finish a 10' x 12' deck, and finished around 9:30 at night. I was not happy with that!"

Wood stain adds a color to the surface. A finish adds a level of shine (e.g. matte, low-gloss, high-gloss) and seals the grain to protect against damage. Some companies, such as Minwax, offer products that do both at once.
