"Well after not knowing any better I removed some 9"x9" vinyl tiles and black mastic from my basement Cement floor and didn't take any safety precautionary measures. He called me a couple hours later with my results which came back with the results I wanted to hear. Donn, from Anderson Home Inspection, was my inspector 20 years ago when I originally purchased my duplex.
