"Dustin completed a beautiful job and went above and beyond when he found and resolved unhidden issues. He repaired a horrible crack in a living room wall due to settling and the entire work done was done with detail and precision. He completed the work with the care and diligence as if he was completing it for himself. It is difficult to find others who work hard and with pride like Dustin does. He will always be my “go to” for helping me keep my home looking beautiful!"

"

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.

"Really liked the repairman. Very professional"

"We are extremely pleased by the professional construction work that Jim Mangino of American Builders and Constructors, LLC has made to our house. He has performed some impressive work to our old house in some difficult remodeling situations. He was willing to communicate with us in a helpful, professional manner, he cares about superior and excellent craftsmanship, and the finished result shows it. His work was completed to our satisfaction, and he was concerned about satisfying our remodeling objectives. Jim is a skillful carpenter who is reliable and competent. His handy work and offered suggestions were necessary by accommodating us so that the construction work is finished as requested. We highly recommend Jim for various indoor and outdoor construction and repairs. We look forward to continuing his assistance for additional remodeling projects."

"The garage door opener needed a part that took almost a month to arrive. Fridge and dishwasher also got few weeks before they were actually repaired."
