"We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. "This remodel was exceptional! First of all, John Richart answered my request in about a day and made an appointment to review the site for a quote within 3 days. We signed the contract in November and they started work on January 3, 2022, as estimated. Although the price was very important and they were very competitive (obtained 3 quotes), I can't express my relief that they were able to respond quickly and keep to schedule. Daily communications on what the goals for the day were, what was next, etc., were very much appreciated and added a level of professionalism I enjoyed. The final product is amazing! The circa 1950's kitchen and bath in my 1929 bungalow is now both beautifully updated and tastefully respectful of all the fine details of craftsmanship from the original construction. The project came in under the original budget I prepared and includes details and features they suggested, making it more elegant and functional than I had originally imagined. Details are always the most important to me and I am very pleased with all of the trim details and most importantly the precise tile work in the tub/shower and the kitchen and pantry backsplashes. They refinished the doors including adding new retro hardware and cleaning/polishing the hinges at very little cost. It's amazing what that detail adds to the rooms! The added bonus is this family crew of dad and sons obviously enjoy working together and was good company in my home. They worked efficiently, were pleasant in their language and demeanor, cleaned up the site well, and finished the project in approximately 3 weeks. We are preparing for another smaller project this spring."

"Our project is at roughly the halfway point. We have had work done at the site every day. Progress is consistent. Dialog with the High Quality team is continual, productive and response time is very reasonable. This is important because supply chain issues do come up, and changes to plan necessarily happen as the project progresses. These have been well explained when they come up. Some decisions have to be quick ones, and we received good, practical guidance in making those quick decisions. All subcontractors have done quality work as well. The progress and quality of the entire project, down to regrading the front lawn, has been noticed not just by us, the homeowners, but by the neighborhood and inspectors. Thought has been given to how our neighbors as well us, the homeowners living at the site, would live through the project. There have been a few minor things to work through, but given the size of the project, they were minor and we feel right is being done by us. The dialog has been critical and has really led to the positive experience, to setting expectations. Positive communication was established during the planning of the project, which took place over the course of a year. It seemed like forever, waiting a year to start, but it has truly worked to our benefit. It has been worth the wait, and we wouldn't want anyone else doing this kind of work on our home.
