"Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."

"I heard these guys were doing some work in the area so I gave them a call and they came out the same day to see what's going on. My ceiling drywall in the garage was falling and crumbling due to age and improper installation from the previous owner. The guys were able to come in and cut it away and replace it within 2 days! "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Richard is finishing up the project (built a tile shower and installed new floor) today. I have no hesitation to wait until it's finished later today to write this. He's amazing and the work is the best. While the bathroom is upstairs, we agreed to use the bathroom window to throw out the old pieces of shower and flooring so that he wouldn't track through the house and make it more efficient. He put cardboard on the deck outside the window to prevent damage to the deck. There were a few places on the window sill that needed sanding and touch up paint. He is the one who brought it to my attention and let me know he would be taking care of it. It's the little details that make his work and him the best!"

"The remodel went over very well. He did exactly what I asked for. My bathroom is small but it’s pretty. I am interested in aging in place so he put in a grab bar when he retiled my shower. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. It was a message job, and took some time but it was worth it."

"It went well. We just had a pretty big rain and it held up great. I had a bunch of quotes and what stuck out was they gave us 3 options, 1, replacing roof, and repair and 3rd the coating. Price very reasonable. I called him on a Sunday and he was out here the very next day."
