So disappointed mostly because I was charged professional fees. $350 for something I could have done fir $50 or less. Watched YouTube and the way they showed (dIY ) would have been neater. Sloppy job guys. So not happy. Used $19 foam with spray paint ( good color match). Need to watch you tube and change products used. Neater outcome. "

"I initially had my garage door serviced by Overhead Door, but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. So, I called Precision Garage Door Service. They were running a promotion price to service the garage door, so I gave them a try. Joe showed up to service my door promptly at the time he said I could expect him. He did a great job, and he answered any questions I had. I asked him about replacing the rubber seal around my door. He quoted a price and came out the following week to do the work. He said that I didn’t have to be at the house when he did the job, and he would email my invoice. After he finished the job, I could see him on my cameras as he backed his truck down my driveway. Unfortunately, his truck ran over my grass. I’m not sure what it is with my driveway, but this is not the first time this has happened. It was also raining, I’m not sure if that was a contributing factor. In a word Joe showed real integrity. He initially tried to put the grass back together but when that didn’t work, he informed me of what happened. He apologized multiple times and said he would make things right. He told me to get an estimate to fix the grass and he would pay for it. Before I could even get the estimate, the manager Mike West called me and apologized for what happened. He stressed that they wanted to make things right and reiterated that they would pay for the replacement of the grass. I got the estimate and had the work done, but before they paid the landscaper, they made sure that I was completely satisfied. This was amazing customer service. Accidents happen but not everyone takes responsibility when they do. They really wanted to make things right and that’s exactly what they did. They did excellent work on my garage door, answered every question I had (which made me an informed consumer), but most importantly they treated me with respect and did everything possible to make me a satisfied customer. It goes without saying that I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again. I have already recommended them to friends and family."

"He said the damper on my Fridge needed to be replaced and said it would be $515.00 and that he'd be back in three days. Obviously playing me. That cost me $60.00 for ten minutes. The part is $102.00 retail. The install is nothing. Watch a few videos, nothing. The door had a rip in the rubber. He saw it, didn't even address it. I said I would have to think about it. He asked for his $60.00. They can make a nice living doing these quotes. He would have been laughing with all his buddies had I agreed."

"10April2019, Jimmy and his apprentice replaced my original garage door (16x7) with an upgraded one (factory tinted windows and R17 insulation!) that I purchased through him. I have not had any issues with the operation of the door which included new rails. The opener was not replaced. I gave him a deposit which equaled half the total price of the project. He was very clear that the upgraded door would cost more than getting a like-for-like replacement. He gave me a one year Parts & Labor warranty.
