"Arrow has previously done work for us - tuckpointing our entire home, rebuilding our brick front steps, concrete repair and full house caulking.   Last repair was in March.

I emailed their estimator (my longtime contact) today about getting some caulk/patching repair work done, and she said they were booked solid until the end of October - today is August 19th.

Either she's giving me a line, or they truly don't do small jobs anymore and don't care about their previous loyal customers.

(When he showed up -- on time -- for an inspection, he was clutching a copy of his insurance certificate, saying, "Well, I'm gonna be going up on your roof.") He showed us via copious photos what exactly needed to be done and how his crew would accomplish it. The crew was super friendly and funny, and took great pains to minimize messes. The end result? A couple of happy homeowners equipped with what looks like a brand-new chimney, complete with a 15-year labor and materials warranty. It doesn't get much better than that."
