"Jason was very professional and worked very diligently to ensure my basement remodel was completed in our short timeframe. He provided the most detailed work estimate in the shortest amount of time from all the estimates I received. I highly recommend Complete Restoration Services."

"I had a mold and water issue under my 2,700 SqFt ranch home found by an HVAC contractor. I had both AFS and Crawlspace Dr provide quotes for identical repair and remediation. The only difference was a small difference in the thickness of the liner material. AFS was substantially higher and used very high pressure sales techniques. So I went with Crawlspace DR. They were timely every day and worked with the HVAC contractor to complete the total crawlspace repair. They dug a drainage system and installed two sump pumps prior to soda blasting the entire Crawlspace. The space was then encapsulated and dehumidifier installed with new electrical circuits and water alarms in the garage. I can't say enough about how they walked me through the whole process and accommodated my schedule for the repair. I would use them and recommend them any time."

"Highly recommend! Jason did a beautiful job with my living room remodel. Started with an 80s style ugly paneling and green carpet. Now has the farmhouse look I’ve been wanting for a few years now but was too intimidated to start myself. Very pleased with the professionalism and quality work delivered!"

"Dining set assembled, curtains hung in 3 rooms, sawed off stool legs to fit under kitchen island. Hauled the large boxes into garage and cleaned up after himself. Perfect. Worked quickly and efficiently."

"Fantastic renovation. Work was completed in a timely manner. Very professional, excellent craftsmanship and cabinetry and tile. Selection and coordination of materials and finishings were spot on. Project cubinated and two beautifully restored baths. I foundf them to be trustworthy and didligent and advicing me to the project. Yes, I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone considering anytime of remodel ."

"Cobalt Construction outsourced this to a contractor.  The contractor did not show up the first two times we had scheduled a meeting to look at the garage and determine how much paint would be required.  Once they showed up, they did a fairly good job.  They got paint on my washer and dryer and I didn't catch it until well after they had left.  The painter told me stories of how he did Big Deals for Cobalt and didn't make enough money to pay his helpers.  It felt like a high pressure tactice for me to pay them more money.  I had paid for two painters for a day and he brought three, which I think he did to try and make up for missing the first two appointments.  I was very glad to get the garage painted, but I am not a big fan of high pressure sales tactics, which is how it felt to me.  The paint job was good other than getting paint on my washer/dryer.  In summary, a decent paint job but not worth the hassle of missed appoointments and high pressure sales tactics.  I have bought several other Big Deals and not had this problem, so I would go with someone else next time.
