"Patrick came the same day we called him, worked hard to open up our clogged sewer and when snaking didn't fix it explained our options in a clear and professional manner. He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. We can now feel confident our AirBnB guests will no longer have any plumbing issues!"

He used his camera to make sure we needed to replace pipes and said we actually didnâ t. He cleaned it out for me and said everything would be fine. I know nothing about plumbing and I would have hired him to replace my pipes. I appreciate him going the extra mile to look into it and only suggest the work that actually needed to get done.
