"Patrick came the same day we called him, worked hard to open up our clogged sewer and when snaking didn't fix it explained our options in a clear and professional manner. He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. We can now feel confident our AirBnB guests will no longer have any plumbing issues!"

They did tell me what may happen...(sometimes in these cases, the problem is larger than expected); however it looked like my worst fears did not materialize, i.e. broken or worn out pipes; however I knew if I had not acted when I did it would have gotten worse. I already had water coming into my basement as it was and that was warning enough for me. I am fortunate to have found Flo Maxx thanks to all of the excellent reviews. Now hopefully, the next time it rains, I will not have to bail out buckets of water...lol.
