"Tom was always on time for appointments, and made 4 trips to our home BEFORE we actually signed the contract!  We thought the patio design would be difficult because we only had a vague idea of what we wanted.  Somehow, Tom turned our "vague idea" into a beautiful design. <br /> The design was approriate for our home, our neighborhood, and our budget.  Tom was very clear about costs, and gave us several pricing options for each part of the design.  The patio just fits perfectly onto our home, as if it had been built at the same time. The front walkway and front step are beautiful, and perfect for our home. <br /> During the project, Tom had a few additional suggestions that increased the cost, but was very clear about the details, and we felt no pressure to include them.  But, we're glad we took his suggestions and are very happy with the results!  <br /> An added bonus: Per our request, they put the dirt in several places in our yard that needed to be built up---and graded it!  <br /> Our patio includes a roof overhang. Tom worked closely with Kiser and Sons Construction, for this part of the project. I'll do a separate review for Kiser.  The overhang is an extension of the roof, and looks like it was built with the house.  Coordination between the 2 companies was very impressive, and the project was never held up waiting for one or the other.  <br /> Tom will warn you about this, but we can add to the warning: Your yard will be a major construction site. It will be a mess. You have no idea how much equipment they use, and how much they have to dig up for a patio and/or walkway.  If the work is near the entrance to your house it will be very dirty and muddy. Your dogs will be very muddy. Not a good time to have company or any other event at your home while this is going on.  <br /> We are very happy with the work, and would definitely hire Outdoor Additions again. <br /> <br /> <br />"
