"Quality and craftsmanship was excellent. I trusted Chester, the project manager completely. Our house was over 90 years old and he went literally "above and beyond" to help us when unrelated issues happened to come up with our boiler. He employs very talented subcontractors that he has worked with for years and who helped contribute to the smooth completion of our project. He has excellent taste and was extremely helpful in offering his opinion when we decided to make some changes. We were very happy with the look and finish of our garage- we re-used brick from the demolition and he was able to make the exterior match our existing house perfectly. He is attentive and available to answer questions and personally inspected all of the work as it was completed"

"The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent.  When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice.  The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair.  Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc.
The remodel itself went very well.  Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout.  The bathroom itself looks great.  On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed.  I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall.  I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied.
My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them.

Our kitchen remodel project involved removal of the wall to open up the galley kitchen, this required rerouting of the water pipes and installing new plumbing and wiring system. The crew worked efficiently they were very professional and neat while we were living in the apartment during the construction. The products of their work were outstanding in quality and precision. They met all the deadlines and provided courteous service. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Another important factors is that the crew and Tom Tishby in particular worked really well with our building engineer and manager making sure all the paperwork was an order the use of the service elevator and disposal was done according to building policies.
