This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

He resealed vents and the bathroom skylight, fixed a minor loose flashing, caulked the step flashing by the brick, and installed heat tape through gutters, downspouts, and the roof valley.
