"I called and they came out the very next day...arrived promptly and presented themselves professionally. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize their services (air duct cleaning) because I live in a very old home (86 years old) that has a brand new furnace but the duct work is old. The gentlemen looked everything over before beginning their work and discovered that due to the age of the duct work there was asbestos tape used when they were installed, which effectively brought the whole operation to a grinding halt before it even got started! I am so happy they were professionals because they discovered this fact before they ever disturbed anything in the ducts...therefore, leaving well enough alone and bringing no harm to us or themselves. He discovered that there was one and therefore, did not need to install another one. He even offered to speak to the gas dryer delivery guys to ensure that they are able to install the new gas dryer when they redeliver (they refused to install when they came the first time since they didn't see a shut-off valve). I would definitely use them again."
