Diagnosed the problem on my cooktop broken wire that shorted out. $80.00 for service call and diagnosis, $40.00 for the repair. Thought the charge was reasonable for same day service on a holiday. After several calls, drive out fees and exorbitant estimates from other repair services, I called Tony. He came out the day I called, found a cracked water line which solved an icemaker issue and replaced a light in the freezer. The last guy estimated a motherboard replacement just to fix the lights but all it took was a little investigation by Tony to solve the issues. If you have an appliance issue, give him a call."
