"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Josh was prompt, courteous and through. Called on MLK day and he arrived within and hour. Diagnosed the problem on my cooktop broken wire that shorted out. $80.00 for service call and diagnosis, $40.00 for the repair. Thought the charge was reasonable for same day service on a holiday. Would hire again for appliance repair."

"I donâ  t normally make a point of endorsing service providers but today I was so impressed by Tony at T&H Appliance Repair I had to recommend him. After several calls, drive out fees and exorbitant estimates from other repair services, I called Tony. He came out the day I called, found a cracked water line which solved an icemaker issue and replaced a light in the freezer. The last guy estimated a motherboard replacement just to fix the lights but all it took was a little investigation by Tony to solve the issues. If you have an appliance issue, give him a call."

"He gave me great advice over the phone that didn't require his services. He obviously knew what he was talking about. I will call him the next time I need an appliance repaired!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
