"Mike Farrell came the day after my initial contact. He was punctual, polite, and professional. This was a relatively small job compared to a house with flood or fire damage, yet Mike treated the job with the same thoroughness as I believe he would a larger job. The work was scheduled within days. Mike came on the first day to guide the set-up so no fumes would go beyond the work area. From there, the workers consulted me on each phase and how I wanted the walls and floors finished. Mike also arranged for a plumber to inspect the water heater to ensure all was in working order. I decided I wanted the water heater replaced and that was quickly arranged. Mike returned to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. "Came to do an estimate. Next came back to make a template and to confirm color, faucet and sink. Inspected what was sent and had to reorder due to the suppliers error. In one day demo'ed, rebuilt counter, ( lowered to one level ), fitted counter, polished surface, drilled faucet hole, sealed with silicon caulk, / adhesive, installed undercounted sink, caulked around, refitted dish washer and cleaned it all up and removed old counter. Excellant, shows pride in work and an artist zeal."

"From the in-home consultation and estimate to the final bit of installation, everyone was very professional. Dan was very patient with my questions and very helpful in narrowing down the many options. I had a team of 3 who completed the installation - Jeff, Mike & Zennon. They worked hard and completed what seemed to me an overwhelming job in a very efficient way - some of the work done independently and some as a team. When they pulled one toilet and found a problem, I was able to get a plumber in while they were there. They made sure the plumber only did what was essential and they completed the rest to help me save on the cost. Every request I had was met. When I decided to add planking to an extra area, they had to order additional supplies, but came back to finish up the final room as scheduled, completing it quickly with minimum disruptions. I love the new look and highly recommend Mercury!"
