After accepting his on-site quote, work was scheduled 60 days out when we met Ryan Epps, our on-site project manager. Ryan was amazing, courteous, professional and willing to answer all our "in-process" questions. Main scope of work involved fiberglass shower and adjacent wall demo and the new wall material installation was completed in a week's time with only the custom glass shower doors installed later. Each day, the worksite was thoroughly cleaned. Workmanship was outstanding and we love our new master bath shower and LVT flooring. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."
