The city I live in ended up reaching out near the end of the permit date and I didnt know about it until then. I reached out to the project manager for my project at Acculevel about it and they did handle that issue promptly."

We are 100% committed to having each and everyone of our customers completely happy with their lawn. We have been servicing lawns for over 25 years.

"They told me they were going to come during a certain week and I had to call them multiple times to find out when they were going to come which was weeks later. This was for the first application. For the last application, the same thing happened, but then it snowed. They said they would come as soon as possible but I had also scheduled a leaf removal and they never synched up with each other and kept trying to come when the other was supposed to come. Very disorganized. When they finally came, the ground was frozen and they couldn't get up all the leaves. I called to complain and sent pictures. They did give me $50.00 back on the leaf removal. I chose this company because they had the most "A" ratings but I won't go back to them."
