The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
