"I noticed a woodpecker making a hole high up on the side of my house and contacted several contractors about fixing it. I told them it would require a 32’ ladder and only two were interested in the work. Ronaldo from Everlast came out the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate ($350) to replace the siding and flashing, caulk, and paint the area. His crew came the next morning and both the gentlemen were polite and very good workers. While there we discovered some siding that had started deteriorating over the years and they took photos of the area, Ronaldo gave me a bid on it, and they came out promptly on the following day (a Saturday) and repaired that area as well. "This was a small job requiring the installation of steel siding on the north and east sides of the house. The bid came in 40% lower than another contractor that responded from Angie's List. Work started in two weeks and was completed in two days. Had a minor problem with the doorbell constantly buzzing which was caused by a short in the nearly 70 year old cloth covered doorbell wire. It took me all of about 5 minutes to fix. What is important is that work was completed in a timely manner with outstanding workmanship."
