"We had 3 companies come out to bid our home exterior project. We are very happy we went with Capital to replace our roof, siding and windows. Jeff and Danny were great to work with. They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. They kept us updated throughout the project as materials were delivered and when the different crews would be working on our house. The roofing crew was very efficient and hard working. Bryan the window installer was outstanding. We were very impressed with his high-quality work and attention to detail. John, Tony, and the rest of the siding crew were also fantastic. They made sure all our questions were answered as they were completing their work. Finally, we had stonework done on the front of the house and Troy, the mason, was great as well. "The work went pretty well overall. The work was done quickly--over two days--and efficiently. There was some problem with one of the roofers swearing (we have small kids at home) and some of our neighbor's plants got trampled. The biggest concern was with the person who did the estimate. Communication was delayed a number of times. Also, the original estimate for the flat roof section was several thousand dollars too low. Happily, replacing the flat roof was a separate section of the bid and we decided not to pursue that part of the project. However, the estimator should have gotten onto the flat roof section while doing the initial estimate to have gotten a more accurate read of the situation."

"I noticed a woodpecker making a hole high up on the side of my house and contacted several contractors about fixing it. I told them it would require a 32’ ladder and only two were interested in the work. Ronaldo from Everlast came out the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate ($350) to replace the siding and flashing, caulk, and paint the area. His crew came the next morning and both the gentlemen were polite and very good workers. While there we discovered some siding that had started deteriorating over the years and they took photos of the area, Ronaldo gave me a bid on it, and they came out promptly on the following day (a Saturday) and repaired that area as well. I would definitely recommend Everlast: they respond quickly, know what to do, and work very hard to get the job done quickly and correctly. I will call them again if I need something else repaired! "Both installers did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, and diligent. There is still a very tiny piece of debris in between the glass of one of the window windows. There needs to be better quality control when these panes of glass are put together to make sure they are completely debris and smudge free. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work that the technicians did"
