The main concern was that my chimney was in bad shape due to a poor pointing job done by previous owners of the home. After having Bob Sr. come out and perform an initial estimate, I decided that it would be worth getting a quote to fully repoint the side portion of my home (including the chimney) as well as the front of my home. This was partially for aesthetic reasons, but also because being over 80 years old, the mortar around the house was beginning to deteriorate and fully repointing was truly the best option.
