We found the products offered by Focal Point (Bath Planet) to be of a higher quality than that proposed by competitors. All the Focal People that we worked with (Tim, Zeb, Chad, and Ray) were knowledgable, attentive, punctual, and caring. Chad was an EXCELLENT lead installed; we were so accustomed to his presence that we felt like one of the kids was leaving home when our project was over.
