He is down to earth and personable and dedicated to making sure his customers are 100% satisfied. "Pat and his crew were professional and reliable, and did great work. The side of my house had old repairs that were made incorrectly and there were areas of spalling brick and failing mortar joints. They removed all the bad work, replaced bricks that were too far gone, and repaired the pointing where necessary. While the scaffolding was up I also had them replace some molding at my roof line that had failed and had some rotten windowsills replaced."

"Tony & Andy showed up right on time and got right to work.  They removed the old chimney cap which had a couple of scratches on it.  Then the chase cover.  They took down the cap and took it apart and painted it with a heat proof paint.  Then they installed and caulked the new chase cover, then the replaced the cap.
They did a really clean nice job, and I even got a discount using an Angie's list coupon,  The original price was 1165.00, it came down to 1106.75.
Another fine job by Estates!!  Tony & Andy were amazing.

"I called and they were able to get me in within 2wks of my call. Service associate called to let me know he was on his way, and then arrived within the service window. He was very clean by putting down drop cloths and running his shopvac the entire time to capture all dust. He completed the entire cleaning in less than 30min. He was the same associate that cleaned my chimney last year...very professional and polite. I will definitely be hiring E&E for years to come."

"We had Wells come to do a standard cleaning of our fireplace in March (cost about $100). We also asked them to look at one of our chimneys which we think had a slow leak into our bedroom as the paint was discolored. They could not get on the roof at that time because of the late snowfalls. They came back in April and reviewed the job, taking photos of both chimneys. One of the chimneys needed more work than the other but both were fixed for $1200 total. They were very professional about setting up the appointments, arriving on time to do the work, etc.

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"Kevin and Nick were EXCELLENT. Kevin gave the price for services up front. After inspecting my chimney, he was concern about the wear and tear and loose tiles. He told me there would be an additional charge if he had to address those issues during installation. He assured me he would do everything to avoid further damage to avoid additional charges. He came through without any problems. The installation went perfect. The job was completed in just over an hour. Kevin and Nick were prompt, pleasant and professional. They laid a dropcloth from the front door to my basement door to avoid dirtying my floor. They completely cleaned up the work area when finished. I am completely satisfied with their work. My neighbor recommended them because of everything I just stated."
